Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Archmaster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Service description

Archmaster is an AI-powered design tool that generates photorealistic redesigns of interior and exterior spaces based on photos uploaded by the user. The service operates on a credit-based subscription model. Credits are consumed when you generate, upscale, edit, or animate a design.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use it for commercial redistribution of generated designs without a commercial license. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Acceptable use

You may use Archmaster to generate designs for personal or professional design purposes. You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You own the AI-generated designs created from your uploads for personal and commercial use, subject to any third-party IP in the source photos. Archmaster retains ownership of the platform, its underlying models, and all associated software.

Credits and billing

Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits expire at the end of your weekly billing period and do not roll over. Subscriptions auto-renew each week. You may cancel at any time from your profile page; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Limitation of liability

Archmaster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated designs will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archmaster's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Archmaster operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for matters that qualify for small claims court.
