Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored as a secure hash). When you upload a photo for design generation, that photo is stored temporarily to process your request. We also collect usage data such as the number of credits used and design history in your library. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
Your email is used to send account-related notifications (verification, billing receipts, support replies). Uploaded photos are used solely to generate your design and are not used to train AI models. Usage data helps us improve the product and ensure credit balances are accurate. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your session (authentication) and to measure product usage via analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from staying signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudinary for image delivery, and fal.ai for AI generation. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
Data retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are retained in your library until you delete them. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax laws.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete designs from your library and close your account from the profile page. For data export or additional requests, contact us at archmasterapp@gmail.com.
