Archmaster is an AI-powered design tool. You upload a photo of any room or building, pick a style from our library of 20 presets, and receive a photorealistic AI-generated redesign in seconds. No design experience needed.

What is a credit?

Credits are the unit of AI compute. Each action costs a specific number of credits: generating a design costs 1, upscaling or editing costs 1, multi-view generation costs 3, and video walk-throughs cost 5. The weekly plan includes 30 credits.

Do unused credits carry over to the next week?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits reset each week when your subscription renews. Unused credits from the previous week do not roll over.

What photo formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, and WebP are all supported. Maximum file size is 12 MB per upload. For the best results, use a clear, well-lit photo taken straight on rather than at an angle.

Modern, Scandinavian, Bohemian, Japan, Baroque, Cyberpunk, Mediterranean, Tropical, Rustic, Minimalistic, Vintage, Egypt, Airbnb, Luxury, Brazil, Cozy, Coastal, Medieval, Gothic, and Mistic. Each is a distinct aesthetic with different material palettes, lighting, and atmosphere.

Can Archmaster redesign building exteriors?

Yes. The same workflow works for house facades and building exteriors. Upload a photo of the exterior, pick a style, and get a transformed facade in seconds.

Question 7

How does the video generation feature work?

Accepted Answer

Video generation takes a still render and creates a short cinematic walk-through animation. The camera glides through the space, giving the impression of moving through the room. Each video costs 5 credits.

Question 8

Are my uploaded photos used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Photos you upload are used only to generate your design. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and you can delete them from your library at any time.

Question 9

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time. Cancel from your profile page. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of your current weekly period. No cancellation fees.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for the most recent billing period if you have not used any credits. Contact us at archmasterapp@gmail.com.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe's secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.
